Lindsay has been in the property industry in Christchurch since 1987. He is a registered Valuer carrying out valuations of residential, commercial and industrial properties. As well as valuation work Lindsay sells and leases commercial and industrial properties. Working with property owners, helping to identify opportunities and create strategies to assist with clients aspirations and goals is very important to Lindsay and he enjoys this work. He also enjoys working with clients on long term property projects where value can be added through development and enhancement work or acquisitions. Lindsay appreciates the First National systems and support and enjoys the relaxed team environment at Christchurch Real Estate where knowledge and ideas are exchanged regularly at meetings and during casual office conversations.
